Impartiality and independence are the basic principles in all activities of EUROLAB Laboratory A.Ş. EUROLAB Laboratory Inc., acting on this principle and with a sense of responsibility, felt it necessary to make a declaration of impartiality, which is explained below, to the institutions and organizations it serves.
As a requirement of its correct working principle, EUROLAB Laboratory Inc. will protect the information and documents in its possession as a result of its activities, in a safe and confidential manner, regarding the institutions and organizations served.
EUROLAB Laboratory Inc. will not disclose to third parties the details of any system, method, process, idea, technical features, figures, in short, any private information and documents announced by the institutions and organizations it serves, within the scope of its inspection and certification studies.
EUROLAB Laboratory Inc. will act impartially and independently, away from any commercial or other pressure, in its activities carried out in the institutions and organizations to which it provides inspection and certification services.
EUROLAB Laboratory Inc. will not exert any pressure on any of its employees working in the institutions and organizations it serves, in any commercial, political, financial or other way.
As an organization, EUROLAB Laboratory Inc. itself or its employees cannot carry out any activity that contradicts the independence of the decisions taken during the audit and certification activities and the accuracy of these decisions.
EUROLAB Laboratory Inc. will not act based on objective results and show that its decisions are taken by being influenced by other stakeholders or other persons, in order to ensure and maintain confidence in its compliance or non-compliance decisions at the end of its audit and certification studies, and in its further activities.
EUROLAB Laboratory Inc. will not be involved in any activities that may conflict with their independence and accuracy in inspection and test studies. In particular, it shall not be in a position to design, manufacture, install, supply, purchase or maintain the circumstances or products under investigation.
EUROLAB Laboratory Inc. will keep an equal distance from all existing and potential institutions and organizations that request certification. It will treat them all the same and apply the same processes.
EUROLAB Laboratory Inc. has established and is implementing a sufficient organizational structure to fulfill all its obligations regarding inspection and certification activities. The fact that organizations requesting certification work make a payment to EUROLAB Laboratory A.Ş. does not mean that they are entitled to receive the relevant document. This situation is notified to the company requesting the document at the contract stage.
EUROLAB Laboratory A.Ş. has analyzed all the risks that may affect the audit and certification services it provides, and necessary measures have been taken for the factors of another institution or organization that will affect the employee staff or the impartiality of the audit team.
EUROLAB Laboratory Inc. undertakes that it has not provided consultancy services to the institutions and organizations to which it will provide or provides inspection services in the last three years, and that it has not been involved in any activities for these institutions.
EUROLAB Laboratory Inc. will not engage in consultancy activities for certification studies. EUROLAB Laboratory Inc. will not provide consultancy services regarding the notified body, inspection and certification activities, and will not carry out consultancy and certification activities together outside this scope.
EUROLAB Laboratory Inc. can organize training programs open to the participation of everyone regarding various management systems. However, it will not provide management system training specific to the institutions and organizations it serves.
