The Sağlık Regulation on Health and Safety Conditions in the Use of Work Equipment giren published in the Official Gazette dated 6331 & 25.04.2013, which was established in accordance with the N Occupational Health and Safety Law X numbered 28628, must be complied with in terms of health and safety related to the use of work equipment in private enterprises and public institutions and organizations. the minimum requirements are maintained. In accordance with the relevant legislation, this regulation; shortly referred to as work equipment, any machine, tool, facility, installation used during the execution of a job, in accordance with the specified intervals and in accordance with the specified methods, authorized persons to perform the measurement, inspection, test and test activities carried out by the control results and be properly stored for display at any time.
In Annex I of the same regulation; the minimum requirements for work equipment to be used in the workplace, in Annex II; the level of safety associated with the use of work equipment, in Annex III; It specifies which kind of work equipment will be subject to audit & control, how often and under what conditions these control applications will be carried out, and the procedures and principles regarding the reports and documents to be issued as a result of the control. In accordance with Article 1.4 of Annex III Maintenance, Repair and Periodic Inspection of the same regulation; “Periodic inspections and inspections of the work equipment whose periodic inspection interval and criteria are not specified otherwise in the standards are made within the intervals and criteria stipulated by the manufacturer, if any.
