The certificate application will be made to a certification body. Firstly, documents showing that the system is installed and functioning will be delivered to the certification body. So Worker Health and Safety Management System Handbook and Worker Health and Safety Management System Procedures will be given. In addition, a certification application form and certification instruction should be prepared. Also the photocopy of the Trade Registry Gazette, photocopy of the Registry of Chamber of Commerce or Industry and the signature circular are among the documents to be delivered.
