Customer orientation:

Organizations depend on their customers, so they must understand their current and future needs, meet their requirements, and work to exceed customer expectations. Customers play a key role in the future profitability of an organization. In order to retain customers, organizations must understand customers' current and future prospects.

Leadership:

Leadership is the unity of the company's purpose, management and internal environment. Leaders should create the internal environment and atmosphere of the company so that employees can be fully involved in achieving the goals of the company. Management of the organization should lead, lead and create appropriate environmental conditions for the functions of the organization. A leader in an organization is a person who has the power to influence employees to achieve the set goals. It plays the most important role in motivating employees and achieving the goals of the organization. The goal is to determine the unity and direction of the leader.

Employee participation:

All people at all levels of an organization are the value of their organizations and their full participation reveals their capabilities in the interests of the organization. People at all levels of an organization influence this organization's ability to meet its goals. Process approach:

Prepared processes should always be managed through a continuous improvement cycle by setting and planning targets, implementing, controlling and measuring.

System approach in management:

Identifying, understanding and managing a system of interdependent processes to achieve a given goal leads to the effectiveness and efficiency of the organization. Interrelated processes should be handled and defined within a system. In this way, processes are more easily understood and managed. In addition, the efficiency of the organization increases and productivity increases in reaching the targets.

Realistic approach:

In order to make accurate and effective decisions, an organization has to use and analyze all the data obtained from the activities.

Supplier relations:

Organizations are not independent from suppliers and subcontractors. However, they are in a mutual interest relationship. Therefore, both sides have to create surplus value for each other.

Continuous improvement:

The most fundamental feature of quality systems is the principle of continuous improvement. The organization's efforts in this direction must be the permanent goal of the organization, not just to receive the document. Improvement works are not only in terms of the characteristics of the goods or services produced, but also for all processes used to produce and distribute the goods and services.
