ISO 9001 Quality Management System Standard Scope

Quality management system:

It refers to the whole of the production planning of the goods or services, the determination of the processes related to the customer, the design and development activities, the purchasing activities and the delivery of the goods or services.

Measurement, analysis and improvement:

It includes observing and analyzing measurable values ​​at every stage of the activities of the organization and checking the inappropriate products or services, analyzing the data and performing improvement works in a timely manner.
An organization that establishes the ISO 9001 Quality Management System must define its quality policy, explain its objectives for quality and identify and document what it will do about it. All of these determine the quality policy of the organization.
