What are the Basic Principles of BRC Food Food Safety System


BRC Global Standards guarantee quality, safety and operational criteria and reveal the compliance of manufacturers with legal requirements. Another principle is that all stages of production should be defined from the raw material properties of the product to the properties of the additives used, the properties of the packaging materials that will come into contact with the product, and finally to the properties of the finished product to be received by the consumer.

Food production is expected from the food industry producers, away from all kinds of natural or artificial harmful factors.
